About Us!

Pacodu Exotics is a privately owned, fully USDA licensed and insured animal outreach company.  Pam Sweeney, owner and animal care-taker of Pacodu Exotics, was born with a special gift to rescue and care for all kinds of animals….furry, scaley, feathered, and yes even smelly and prickly!  Pam has owned a myriad of animals all her life and has rescued or cared for exotic animals for over 10 years.

Today Pacodu Exotics is home to 60 plus animals, reptiles and birds, housed in a natural setting with habitats that replicate the tropical rain forests of South America, jungle life of Brazil, grasslands of Australia, and  African desert life.   In addition, the animal family at Pacodu Exotics includes animals from Asia and Indonesia.
